Everyone who has raced, however it went. A finish scores by its place across the line, NPCs included in the count: 25, 18, 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1. Wrecked, busted, leaving, practice alone and a race the server stopped score nothing, but each still counts as a race.
